Service & Parts

MI technicians are available to travel to customer locations for equipment delivery and installation of most commercial foodservice equipment.  Our technicians are trained to offer diagnostic, preventative maintenance and repair services. We can help with evaluation of existing equipment, service needed as well as develop a maintenance plan for your facility.  Only need parts? We do that too. We have resources to order replacement parts for most equipment brands.

Added Value

At MI, we believe we have an added value that sets us apart from our competition.  We offer on-site sales calls to evaluate and develop an equipment budget or plan. MI can deliver, install and set equipment for electrical or gas connections by others. We believe in training – for our employees AND our customers! We work with our customers after an installation on usage, maintenance and care of equipment. MI believes in service after the sale.  From factory to operation, we’ll make sure your equipment is installed and working properly.

ALL IN THE FAMILY

From the beginning, Muckenthaler Incorporated has maintained a close working relationship with EVCO Wholesale Food Corporation; dating back to 1970 when MI split from, then, Emporia Wholesale Coffee Company.  As a sister-company, MI works closely with EVCO’s market advisors to ensure full-service solutions often not available through competitive national broadliners.
